Messages

We answer our phones 7 days a week, 8 am to 4:45 pm with an hour break between noon and 1pm. If nobody answers please leave us a message and we will return your call shortly. Providers answer their personal messages before and after regular visit times. The fastest way to contact your provider is to message them on the portal.

Prescriptions

All prescriptions and refill requests should be requested during normal office hours Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours for your refills. To ensure there are no delays in your medication refill please request your medications through the patient's portal. Pharmacy requests are not honored without checking with the patient directly first, and this may cause delays.

Lab Results

If you require laboratory work or diagnostic images the results will be posted on your portal as soon as they are available and a provider has reviewed them. If the results may be abnormal a provider will call you directly. You may always call us at any time if you have additional questions regarding your laboratory results.

Late Arrival

If you expect to be late for your appointment please call the front desk as soon a possible. We will always try to accommodate you, but the ultimate decision will be at the provider's discretion due to the unpredictable nature of our everyday schedule. Walk-ins must check-in at least 15 minutes before closure in order to be seen.

Immunizations

Your/your child’s immunization information is being entered into the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS), a confidential, secure, statewide immunization registry. You may choose to exclude your/your child’s shot information from CIIS at any time. Please see your healthcare provider for further information.
